John is a retail financial marketing industry veteran with over 10 years of Brand & Direct Response marketing experience whilst working in-house as well as agency side for some of the largest retail financial brands in the industry. He Co-founded CONVERSION PROS and was positioned as CMO in April 2011 and since that time was responsible for all marketing initiatives for the brand and clients.
Vanessa co-founded Wigwam PR four years ago, after over 15 years of experience in some of London’s leading PR consultancies, working on a wide range of large and small business-to-business and technology accounts. At Wigwam, Vanessa has built a specialism in retail FX PR, helping vendors and brokers to raise their profile in an increasingly competitive market. She has worked with some of the leading players in the industry including Gold-i, CFH Clearing, Tradable, Sucden Financial and Ariel Communications. With a focus on media relations, Vanessa has a proven track record in helping clients to articulate their messages to relevant audiences, helping them to increase their visibility and grow their client base.

Andrew Caspersen is the Managing Director of Wickr’s financial services unit. He is responsible for the developing products and partnerships to bring Wickr's platform for trusted, private communications to financial services enterprises. Andy brings over 15 years experience in security and privacy for financial services, energy, and telecommunications enterprises. Andy has driven the adoption of new security and privacy protecting technologies within regulated environments, and built programs to combat fraud and cyber-crime. Prior to joining Wickr, Andy was Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Privacy Officer for the Charles Schwab Corporation where he was responsible for building the programs to protect Schwab’s over $1 trillion in client assets from cyber attacks. Andy’s experience includes working with varied banking and securities regulators, and coordination with federal and local law enforcement agencies. In addition, Andy has worked as a consultant for both PwC and EY, advising clients on a variety of security and privacy issues. Andy has served as an advisor to early stage security technology startups addressing data loss, eDiscovery, and network intrusion. Andy is graduate of the University of Notre Dame and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Prior to Lucera, Mr. Loveless served as head of High Frequency Trading for Cantor Fitzgerald, an investment bank and brokerage known for its innovation in computer-based bond brokerage, where he lead a group of engineers and mathematicians to optimize electronic trading capabilities. Mr. Loveless’ career spans both high frequency trading groups and exchanges, and covers nearly every electronic asset. Prior to his tenure at Cantor Fitzgerald, he was a special contractor for the U.S. Department of Defense with a focus on heuristic analysis, and earlier in his career, CTO and a founder of Data Scientific, a pioneer in distributed systems analysis.
Tom is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Elliptic, a London-based digital currency services business. Elliptic's core product, Elliptic Vault is the world's first insured Bitcoin storage service. As a director of the UK Digital Currency association he has engaged with policymakers and regulators to encourage appropriate and proportionate regulation of this new asset class. This has already resulted in HMRC issuing a briefing on the taxation of cryptocurrencies. Prior to Elliptic, Tom completed a D.Phil in Atomic and Laser Physics before working in finance and co-founding a nanotechnology startup.

While he was head of Merrill’s London Equity Syndicate team he was responsible for the marketing, placing and pricing of over 300 equity and equity-linked transactions raising over $240 billion.Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1990, he worked in corporate finance for Kidder, Peabody & Co. in New York and Australia from 1985 to 1988.

Andrew Rossiter runs ADS Securities IT department. He is part of the executive management team, and heads up development of the company’s proprietary platforms and financial services systems. He has spent his 20 year IT career in financial services working in some of the largest global firms. He has also founded two Ecommerce based firms over that period, the first being in 1995. Prior to joining ADS Securities, Andrew worked for eight years at Barclays Capital as a Senior Director in a variety of management positions. His responsibilities included building and managing the highly regarded BARX Futures and Options trading platform and managing 250 technologists across Europe. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics.

Philippe Gelis is Co-Founder and CEO of the pioneering foreign exchange services provider, Kantox, established in 2011. He has overseen Kantox’s consolidation as an over 500-client strong leader in the alternative foreign exchange provider sector. Kantox traded over $300 million in 2013 and is on target to meet its 2014 goal of $1 billion. Its rapid, remarkable growth is attributed to the company’s underlying principles: transparency, efficiency and fairness. Before founding Kantox, Philippe worked as a strategy consultant for Deloitte and Axis Corporate, from 2007. He holds a Master of Business Strategy and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in business strategy, both attained at Toulouse Business School. Philippe is a prominent contributor to various corporate finance magazines, publications and numerous national newspapers, particularly on the areas of foreign exchange and entrepreneurship. James Banister is CEO of FXecosystem, the leading provider of outsourced connectivity services to the FX market. He has been involved in the FX industry for over 20 years in sales, marketing, and advisory roles, focusing predominantly on FX eCommerce products.During his career, which includes almost a decade at Citigroup, James has successfully led the launch and growth of major Global Electronic franchises. These include Citigroup’s 1st generation FX trading platforms as well as the successful multibank platform FX Alliance Inc (FXall), one of the most well-respected global multi-bank trading platforms in the market, subsequently purchased by Reuters. James joined FXecosystem five years ago and has grown the business into a market leader by developing innovative and cost effective FX connectivity and co-location hosted services for global FX banks, retail FX brokers and other high frequency traders.
Chris is a partner in the corporate finance department of BDO LLP in London where he specialises in Transaction Services work involving due diligence on acquisitions and reporting accountant work on IPOs and subsequent transactions. He has specialised in this type of work for over 25 years during which time he has worked over 100 IPOs. In undertaking such work, he has worked with companies of all sizes in a wide range of sectors. Chris chairs the Technical Committee of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a member of the Faculty’s Executive Board. He sits on the Corporate Finance Advisors Committee of the Quoted Companies Alliance.
Kreab Gavin Anderson
Marc Cohen is a Director at Kreab Gavin Anderson’s London office heads the firm’s financial communications and Private Equity team. Marc is a specialist in IPO communications and Investor Relations, advising a broad range of companies on IPOs on the LSE and other international exchanges. Prior to this Robin spent 15 years in fund management at Police Mutual, leading stock research coverage and portfolio construction.
Frankie is one of the Internet veterans in Hong Kong who has successfully developed various ROI driven online solutions to top-tier MNCs and premier brands in Hong Kong and the region. Frankie has over 15 years of solid experience and knowledge in the region's banking, finance, travel and retail sectors, with proven team leadership skills in driving data optimization solutions for clients whose campaigns are complex in scale and coverage. Prior to joining Baidu International, Frankie was the Head of Sales in Yahoo! Hong Kong, specializing in new business and partnership development for Yahoo!'s search and performance display solutions. Kasper joined Saxo Bank in 2007 where he became responsible for PR activities in Europe and Israel with special focus on the Copenhagen-based trading and investment specialist’s activities in Denmark. In 2008, he was promoted Vice President and Head of Communications. Since then he has developed the bank’s communications strategy, set-up a network of PR and PA agencies across Europe, APAC, MENASA and Latin America, launched 20+ new offices and been in charge of internal communications on several occasions as interim internal communications officer. Before joining Saxo Bank, he was Head of Communications and Public Affairs at a Danish free-market think tank, which he also co-founded. He started his career in the Danish Foreign Office in 2002 and later became Deputy Director at a Baltic Sea regional NGO, Baltic Development Forum. Kasper Elbjørn has written, contributed to and edited several books on mostly politics and was a candidate for the European Parliament in 2009.
Victor cultures a latent curiosity and passion about the FX industry, leading him to a career that has spanned nearly a decade. The genesis of his interests in the realm began first as a retail trader in 2004, followed by a shift towards the business aspect of FX in recent years, while maintaining his active market involvement and going beyond FX trading and into long term investing. Bringing a unique juxtaposition of an experienced retail trader and a forward looking markets devotee has ultimately helped him forge a career in the financial markets industry, having culminated with his inclusion into the Forex Magnates team in March 2014.

CEO and Co-Founder
Stig began as a FX trader in 1985, trading both his own funds and on behalf of clients. Since then, he has worked as a Fund Manager, with research and analysis, and within product development. In 1992, as a successful Fund Manager, Stig initiated the development of DanaLyzer, an automated system for scanning thousands of financial instruments using proprietary algorithms that he developed in-house. Stig went on to build a visualization tool for the derived trading signals, and in 1996 the resulting charting package was sold in more than 60 countries. This work eventually lead to the creation of NetDania - a financial software success story that amongst other things builds the highest user rated financial mobile applications in existence.
